    "Dispensary" refers to the English "Drugstore" or "Pharmacy".

    Could this tape refer to old dispensary restauration through the Aga Khan Trust and the Historic Cities Support Programme? see link

    thank you for posting this. I remember this building from our visit to Sansibar. It was called old dispensary because there was a doctor and a pharmacy located on the ground floor.
